SHIPPING POLICY
All prints will be designed and posted out within 10-12 working days. This is because what we produce is completely bespoke to you alone and it takes time to create each and every piece of artwork individually.
Your print will be posted out inside a heavy duty protective cardboard tube via Royal Mail and a signature will be requested to make sure you got it ok!
RETURN POLICY
Once you have ordered and paid for your print there is a no refund policy due to the fact that your order is completely bespoke to you and can not be resold. Any errors in detail will be double checked within your initial order to see where the error was made. If for some unlikely reason the error was made at our end then we can refund or exchange for a new once the original print has been returned back to us for checking.
PAYMENT METHOD
Once you are ready to check out, our site will take you to make an online payment through Paypal. You will be able to either pay by card even if you do not have an account with PayPal, or through your account if you are already signed up. The service is completely secure
